The problems examined in this study are (1) Does the transparency of financial management affect the quality of service in PMI Wonogiri Regency? (2) Does the accountability of financial management affect the quality of service in PMI Wonogiri Regency? (3) Does the transparency and accountability of financial management jointly affect the quality of services in PMI Wonogiri Regency? The place used as the object of research in this study is the PMI Wonogiri Regency, which has an office on Jalan Jend. Gatot Subroto No.22, Wonokarto, Kec. Wonogiri, Wonogiri Regency. This type of research used in this study is kuantitatif research. The population in this study were all employees in PMI Wonogiri Regency, totaling 36 people. The conclusions of this study are (1) Transparency of financial management of service quality at PMI Wonogiri Regency. This is evidenced from the tcount for the transparency variable of 8,800 while the ttable value for the number n = 36 with 2 independent variables is equal to 1.69092. So that it can be concluded tcount> ttable (8,800> 1,69092). (2) Accountability of financial management influences service quality at PMI Wonogiri Regency. This is evidenced by the tcount for the accountability variable of 8.8991 while the ttable for n = 36 with 2 independent variables is 1.69092. (3) Together, transparency and accountability affect financial management and affect the quality of service at PMI Wonogiri Regency. This is evidenced from the calculated F value of 262,149 with a significance of 0,000. While the value of F table for N 36 and 2 variables is 2.87. so it can be concluded that Fcount> Ftable (262.149> 2.87). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.937, this shows a change of the two variables, namely transparency (X1) and accountability (X2) which together (simultaneously) affect the variation in changes in the variable quality of service that is 93.70% and the rest 6.30% is the influence of variations in changes in other independent variables not examined in this study.
